School of Healing Arts Miraculous Monday: Intro to Cranio Sacral Therapy – FREE presentation by Roxi Lamb

Cranio-Sacral Therapy – A Beneficial Therapy for Everyone

Roxi Lamb, Cranio Sacral Specialist will teach an introduction to Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST), 6:30PM-9:00PM, on Monday, January 12, 2015 at San Diego's School of Healing Arts (SOHA) 1001 Garnet Avenue, Suite 200 (at Cass St), Pacific Beach CA.

CST is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. It was pioneered and developed by Osteopathic Physician John E. Upledger after years of clinical testing and research at Michigan State University where he served as professor of biomechanics.  Using a soft touch, typically no more than 5 grams – about the weight of a nickel – practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system. CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and it's effectiveness for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.

Roxi’s presentation will serve as an introduction to her upcoming CST Training workshop at the School of Healing Arts in February. Any questions, please text Roxi at 949.878.7100 and include your name, city and cell.
